By using VoxInk ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

VoxInk is a voice-powered keyboard application that provides speech-to-text transcription, AI-powered text polishing, and translation services. The service requires an internet connection to function.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VoxInk only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the application
• Use automated systems to abuse the service or circumvent usage limits
• Share or resell your account access

3. Accounts

You may use VoxInk as a guest with limited free minutes, or sign in with Google for additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• VoxInk offers free and paid subscription plans (Plus and Pro)
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law

5. Free Tier

Free users receive limited voice input minutes. Anonymous (non-signed-in) users receive 3 minutes. Signed-in free users receive mode-specific quotas. These limits may change at our discretion.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third-party providers (speech recognition, AI processing) and network connectivity. We are not liable for service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

VoxInk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us. The text you generate using VoxInk belongs to you.

8. Privacy

Your use of VoxInk is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store your voice recordings or transcribed text.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

VoxInk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcriptions, translations, or AI-polished text. You are responsible for reviewing and editing output before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VoxInk.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VoxInk after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
