1. Open VoxInk app and turn on the service
2. Go to Settings → General → Keyboard → Add New Keyboard → VoxInk
3. Enable "Allow Full Access" for VoxInk
4. Switch to VoxInk keyboard in any app and hold the mic button to speak
Full Access is required solely for network communication — to send your voice for transcription and receive text back. VoxInk does not retain your voice or text as history or use it for training. Weak-network recovery may briefly buffer a bounded temporary audio file on your device and our server; it is deleted automatically after processing or failure.
Cancel through the provider used for purchase. For Apple purchases, go to Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions -> VoxInk. For Google Play purchases, use Google Play Subscriptions. For web purchases, use the billing/customer flow linked from VoxInk or contact support.
Use the account deletion page at https://liamh-h.github.io/voxink-privacy/delete-account/ or email support@voxink.ai. We delete or anonymize account-linked data where technically and legally possible. Some anonymized financial, security, abuse-prevention, and aggregate reliability metadata may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
For new document translation jobs, source files, previews, and generated downloads are kept for up to 24 hours unless you delete the job earlier. VoxInk logs operational metadata only, not document text, original filenames, or access tokens.
Try closing the Settings app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, restart your device and add the keyboard again.
Make sure the VoxInk app is open in the background with the service toggle turned on (green). Also verify that Full Access is enabled for the VoxInk keyboard in Settings.
